Ok just made a backup of the old map files from the 2 gig cardand did a fat32 format, now i have reloaded the 2577 and iGO8 folders on to the card.and then in the 2577 folder I have changed the 'AUTORUN.EXE' file name to 'iGO8.exe'Does upper and lower case matter?and should I move that newly renamed file into the iGO8 root folder? Along with its friend from 2577 (autorun8nng). And then delete the 2577 folder all together?Coop.(my downloads are from david2131)Ouch. I guess it did not like that last file change, now the GPS is frozen searching for an invalid file path, Doh. And will not exit or reset. My week is just getting better by the minute.I give up for now, will try back here tomorrow when the brain strain clears.Coopwhere did you get your Igo version?
Maybe you have the PDA version. Have a look in IGO thread here if there's still working link. KING KUKUK,Thanks for your link, Your are a champion for sure.I loaded that up and got it crankin. Then went back and installed all the Australian content.and updated the screen X,Y, setting to my 800x480, that all worked out well so far.
Hi Hollowman, what does it mean when the system loads up until the point of 'Mainscreen Load' and then crashes. Sometimes, after 'Mainscreen Load' it goes into the Language option and lets me select which language and voice option, and as soon as i click 'ok' it crashes and starts loading again. I have taken out all the 'maps', just left the 'base maps', taken out the 'speedcam' files and deleted the 'save' folder which it creates everytime it starts. Just kept the system lean to see if any of them was causing the problemI am using iGO8 8.3.4.117940 on a Navi Plus ll seperate box which by the way comes from Australia (i am in South Africa) and links up to my D/Din.The strange thing is that i am using the same software on my Chinese PNA and it works 100%Hope you can help with this problem!

I ended up removing all skins bar default and a Gurjon - Lit it up and it worked OKHope this helps.
When you untick and tick GPS Enabled you can see there what port and baudrate your unit is using.copy that and change what you have here.gpsport=4baud=38400Hi Kukuk, i have the same problem which has just recently started. It was working fine, now i have to go into the settings to untick and re-tick the GPS Enabled button. My system works with gps port=2 baud=4800 and i have this in my system text.
Navigon 800x480 Wince 6 DOWNLOAD. Unlock for GPS/PNA devices running Windows CE Scroll down for larger (and more) images. 480x272, 800x480, anything). Note #2: These are just some of the presets available in MioPocket using the included backgrounds and elements. Added icons for iGO Primo. The files are iGOPrimo.png (MP 4.0 skins), iGOPrimo.ico (MP 3.0 skins except for.
I am also running Polnav 6, NDrive, Sygic, Primo, on the same SD Card and all is 100%. Only the problem with iGO8Just found the answer to the problem on Post #456 Now working! Hi Guys,Brimming with confidence, over my new found expertise with iGO, I decided to get my mate a 7' 'all in one, no name' win 6.0 and have loaded the iGO8 GPS, (thanks to all the help from KUKUK, BAZZLE, and HOLLOWMAN)But I have a new issue. How do I remove the small bubbles running along the road?
Tried changing skins, and settings. Got me stumped. Is it a POI file delete?they are not present on my GPS in my BMW (all in one, W 5.0) using the same skin and settings.I have seen this posted previously, but a search and manual read have not located the solution.I will keep looking, but if someone has the time to chip in advice, that would be great.Thanks. CoopUpdate.I went back in to the POI folder and deleted the 2 aust poi files. And left the folder empty. That has cleared the extra crap off the screen.SO is the POI stuff not required, if your only using your gps to get around?
Without worrying about travel and tourist garbage?Oh by the way, i did try to access the POI settings while in NAV mode and a windows popup saying 'can not access this file' guess i missed a sys.text file insert? I have a strike gps, the motorbike kind, and I want to put primo onto it or even a newer igo8.
Problem is, I dont have access to the card in the pna's interface so I cant get it to point to it. Its all copied across but once I start the pna it goes to its normal gui and has a gps, photo, music etc buttons. I hit the gps button and nothing happens.
If I connect to the computer, I cant even see the rom or anyway to get into the gui to get it to point to MobileNavigator on the SD card. Any suggestions?
